Kenza & Co Instagram Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by Kenza & Co (kenzaandco.com), headquartered in Madrid, Spain. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Prize

🏆 Prize: One (1) authentic, handmade Beni Ouarain rug (model G-334) in a unique brown color, valued at 1350 €, with free shipping included.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to participants aged 18 and over.
  • Must be a resident of [All Europe & USA].
  • Employees of Kenza & Co and their immediate family members are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

To participate, entrants must:

✅ Like the giveaway post.
✅ Comment on the post and tag two (2) friends.
✅ Bonus Entry: Share the post to their Instagram Story (optional).

⚠ Entries that do not meet these criteria will be disqualified.

5. Giveaway Period

The giveaway ends on March 15, 2024, at 11:59 PM (CET).

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • The winner will be selected randomly via an automated tool.
  • The winner will be announced on [March 16, 2024] via an Instagram Story & Post and contacted via direct message from @kenzaandco.
  • If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Prize Delivery

  • The prize will be shipped within 7 business days after the winner confirms their details.
  • Kenza & Co covers shipping costs, but any additional import duties/taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

8. General Terms

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
  • Kenza & Co reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
