Its warm ivory wool background becomes a canvas for an expressive composition of stacked diamonds, branching geometric motifs and irregular border lines. Turquoise, fuchsia, green, orange, rust and soft pink appear throughout the design, giving the rug the spontaneous visual language characteristic of expressive Amazigh weaving.
