A joyful handmade Moroccan rug featuring a rhythmic composition of elongated diamonds and traditional geometric forms. Handwoven by Amazigh artisans, the design combines a warm natural ivory wool background with expressive touches of olive green, cobalt blue, pink, orange, black and soft turquoise.

The slight variations in the shapes, lines and pile are an essential part of its character: every motif has been created individually by hand rather than reproduced mechanically.

The colorful details are concentrated within the geometric motifs, leaving plenty of ivory negative space. This makes the rug lively without becoming visually overwhelming.

Design & Texture

Three vertical sequences of interconnected diamond forms create the main structure of the composition, framed by delicate blue zigzag lines along the sides.

Some diamonds remain intentionally open while others are filled with color, producing an appealing alternation of pattern, color and negative space.

The close-up shows the dense, tactile wool pile and subtle irregularities that distinguish a genuinely handmade piece. Rather than perfect industrial symmetry, the rug has the small variations and expressive details characteristic of traditional Amazigh weaving.
